Question
We sell books on Amazon.com but ship them from Germany. This weekend our account was closed because our shipping and our billing address is not the same. This happend although we had received 100% positive feedback from customers!!! Did anyone experience anything like this before and is there anything one can do about it?
Answer
Why didn't you just use your German address?
I do not know what you can do about it. I am not very familiar with Amazon, although I have sold some items from there.

I'm in the same situation. Used to sell loads of stuff on Amazon - 100% positive feedback going back to 1999. But then Amazon.com decided since we were shipping from New Zealand (Neuseeland) that we could no longer sell through Amazon. Too bad as we got better prices on Amazon compared to eBay for some of the rare NZ-only items we sold and exported.
