My opinion: it looks like they took Amazon and Froogle and threw them together. I am not impressed.
Why the devil would they copy Froogle, which has never really produced?
Way too many young and foolish MBAs with something to prove at Ebay.

Answer
Ugh!

Not a fan - eh?

Sucks 15 items per page. Hmm how long before some on can find a way to spam it?
This is going to be fun to watch.

Answer
Slower than hell, I figure this will improve, though the same stupid catagory format.

Answer
Hey Scot, I'm hyped. I was just in eBay and though, "I wonder when the Express will be?" Came right here to here for my local news and your post was the top post.
I found something of mine in there, and I didn't include or fix eBay criteria for listing. That criteria was the condition of the item. Everywhere I've looked, one can only select New, so I didn't include condition in my items.
But, I see that I made a typo. My cursory review didn't provided me with a way to revise. I think I'll go to eBay and revise and then see if eBay Express picks it up.
At the bottom, select up to 90 items per page.

edited: Revisions are made in eBay.com and the revisions go to eBay.express. I got that typo fixed, but that's probably just one of many.

Answer
At the bottom, select up to 90 items per page. Thanks. How do you see what else the seller has?

Answer
OK, I'm really tired and don't want to read about it. Is it just for store items? I'm confused...and tired...and cranky...

slinking off now...
