Question
i thought this was funny. i know many of you are deeply religious (i am as well), but just try to take this as humor. it's a comic...that's it. please don't turn this into some deep philosophical/religious argument with me.

God must have a sense of humour that we can't understand.
Answer
wha? i dont get it?
god struck him?
Answer
he's basically saying:
if God is omniscient and knows what we're going to do in the future, then we shouldn't be responsible for our actions because they're predetermined, and hell should not exist, because due to our predetermined actions, we have no control over them either. for example, a murderer is going to kill someone in one year. if God is omniscient, he knows it already, he knows the choice the murderer is going to make, and therefore, is he responsible in a religious sense...
if hell exists in spite of all this, then God has a sick sense of humor...according to the comic.
again, i don't really judge the arguments for/against religion, there's plenty of humor on both sides of the debate.
Answer
hahaha ohh~~ i got it LOL
Answer
ok~ i kinda get it now but what does that have to do with being struck by lightning?

I guess this kindda links in with symbolism, that god has control over the elements.
So from heaven he'd use a lightning bolt to kill the man who dared call him a jerk.
Answer
It's sad, but I've thought the exact same thing before. o__o; Especially with the idea of predestination. X_X

I'm just gonna sneak this in real fast.
<ninja!>
God is omniscient and sees past/present/future, but He also promised us free will. And God keeps His promises.
The future is determined... but it's determined by our own free will. Make sense?
Like... if I choose to eat a pop-tart for breakfast, God knew that I was gonna eat that pop-tart... but He didn't force me. I chose it.
