My friends and I made a short french film/dvd for a school project. The Youtube version is pretty bad quality but yeah.
In case you don't speak french, Lauren and I begin with eating some chocolate her father brought back from Belgium and she has a cavity. She calls the dentist and makes an appointment. The next day, she is about to leave for her appointment and runs into a lot of random things that make her late (like the elevator scene). Then a girl asks her for a tissue, and another girl asks her where burger king is. and you get the gist of it. Finally, she realizes it was all a dream.
