LOL, it's not google, it's this site called albinosheep that made everyone view the page so that it would be the top page in google (it's hard to explain how it works LOL)
Anyhow bottom line: Not google itself, just a prank by albinosheep. Try putting it in just as a search (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)
