wow. amazing how i could live 15 yrs in vn. but i didnt drive. i was driven. and i thought it was okay. not really dangerous. until i came here.i look back and im like "holy sh!t".
well they do hav traffic light. but they dun really follow it. everybody goes their way.they dun really care about others.

i went to vietnam in like 2002? and mannn, there are traffic light and police around, but they didnt so shizzzzz.......peoples just ran over the red light, as if they dont see it. but what's the use of it being there...0.0 yah, it's really crowded, and barely any cars....
