Question
Just finish watching a few of his stand-up's and really found his jokes to be very insightful. Alot based on race, regilion and war, plus other sensitive matters. Anyway, I find him extremely funny, while also educational in terms of talking about life and how people don't REALLY take advantage of it. So, how do you feel or what do you think about him. I find him more entertainingly honest then say a Chappelle, Dat Phan or George Lopez even though these guys are great at what they do. Liked "Not for the easily offended" and "no strings attached" plus some comedy central performances.
Answer
yes... no idea who ur talkin about LOl xDD
Answer
I'm not surprise....would figure too many asians to know of a hispanic comedian...no offense.
Answer
LOL I LOVE THAT GUY!. =) He says what's on his mind. Like how he said halloween is a excuse for girls to dress like sluts. WELL some girls.
Answer
my bro and i watch his show all the time
cant help but laugh cuz all the stereotypes
are true
Answer
I don’t find him funny. He's just points out stereotypes; anyone can do that and even be more original about it. he's actually half german and his real name is Ned Holness.
in one of his jokes he claims his dad is mexican, which is a lie. why would he do that?
dave chappelle > carlos mencia
i love dane cook too! his jokes aren’t primary based on stereotypes though (which is a breath of fresh air)
Answer
I love Carlos, even before he had that show. He's a really good comedian.
Answer
mhmm, I guess I like his stuff. sometimes I don't find him funny, but other times I'll fall off the chair laughing
Answer
the funny thing is that he's not even mexican..he's half paraguayan and half german..but not a lot of people know that..or maybe its another small central american country..a lot of comedians hate him
i heard george lopez punched him backstage at a concert..and joe rogan hates carlos mencia's guts
Answer
I liked listening to his jokes at first but after awhile it gets old, all he talks about is stereotypes which any half decent comedian can do.
Answer
I just discovered him yesterday....it is possible that I can grow to dislike him...
Answer
I LOVE CARLOS MENCIA! He's like my #1 favorite comedian. I believe he doesn't genuinely try to make fun of like any race or religion but to admit the truth about them.
Answer
Eh...
I mean, I'm the type of person that loves when comedians come up with their stereotype jokes, but Carlos Mencia....
Let's just say, when I watch him, he comes off as an angry person, which kind of prevents me from taking his jokes as one. o.o
Answer

sometimes he goes little overboard and i dont really think its that funny, but hey other ppl like it.
Also love ROBIN WILLIAMS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! George Lopez, Russel Peters etc..
Answer
honestly, he's not that insightful. If you think he's insightful, you need to get more education. Surprisingly though, chris rock's standup acts actually show a lot of thought. He not only points out problems, but offers policy solutions.
Answer
he's okay, he has a few funny ones when i watched him but sometimes he gets a little worked up and starts screaming a bit then i get kinda tired of watching him, it's like he's screaming stereotypes at me, instead of joking
Answer
I was expecting a vid or a joke... Was this like an advertisement or something? I'VE BEEN FOOLED!!!!

I can't stand him. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wacko.gif)
I think Carlos is really funny sometimes. I could care less if he's actually completely white and his real name is Tom Jones. Because he's funny.
I don't find him offensive at all, but then again, it takes a lot for a comedian to offend me.
My all-time favorite comedian though is George Carlin. I love Robin Williams as well. Robert Schimmel did a classic stand up show a few years ago, but he's mostly a writer. And Pablo Francisco!
