It wasn't allowed at all. Just that the girls decided to do something daring for that shot. So when the photographer clicked the camera, the girls kissed. (talk about perfect timing.)The rest of the class, including the teachers did not see them kissing. It was until they developed the photos that they found out about it. The girls got into big trouble because of that.
