This is so cool! I'm probably the least shipper here now, but will soon become a much bigger shipper when the here fund-raising cookbook is published and I'm shipping everywhere!
I hope that they will cover media mail, too!
Edited to add: Sorry, forgot about the timing thing. I can usually arrange for any time/day if given enough notice. If it doesn't work for me, I'd hope that someone else on the cookbook committee can be there.

I'm fairly flexible too, given enough notice. Tuesday mornings are bad for me, bu other than that, let 'er rip. This will be very interesting!
