I got the message this evening (Sunday). I exited the program, rebooted and tried again - same message. The only good thing that I now know, is that it isn't a problem with my computer or something that I've done.

I just got in OK. Didn't need a label but went through all the steps and calculated the cost, but didn't print the label. Also, clicked on the shipping status page to update things that had been shipped. All of that worked just fine. Maybe it's fixed now.

The problem is not getting in - the problem is in printing a shipping label. I just tried it again and still cannot print a label.

I started having problems with it on Friday. Everything was fine and then it started asking for apartment numbers when there were none, or even when one was listed. I had printed labels earlier in the day, but it was getting wonky by the afternoon.
