Does the custom form (Canada) have to go on the front of the box?
Can it go on the side?
I have a small box and I don't have enough room for the form.

It can wrap around the box. Usually I let the postie put on the form if
I am not sure, LOL!
They make sure the barcode is on the address face of the package.

You can use the CN22 for items less than $400 or so. Large form CN23 is for valuable items or those that need more documentation. CN22 (green) can go on front or back, CN23 (white) goes on front.
