Hello All!,
Does anybody know how we would customize the "Package Shipped to You" email that send the tracking number to the customer? We would like to add return info or a link to return info in the email, but cannot find where to do this?

I don't know if this is what you're looking for. Click Postage>>Options>>Premium Service Options>>Go down to customizable notification email options>>Email template file and click edit. It should open up notepad and then you can edit it to your liking.

To edit the email going out:
- Go to the Postage menu.
- - Select “options”
- Click on the “Premium Account Options” tab.
- Click on the “Edit” tab next to the field titled “Email template
