Don't think so. SA is being continued. I got the Desktop disc and it didn't do what I needed so stuck it in a drawer.

Is this just for the Click N Ship service being offered? I'm not familiar with it otherwise.

All it is a a quick link thing, it sits next to your clock, when you need to check shipping charges or order supplies you click on it and it opens a Window to the USPS site. Glorified bookmarks.
