Is anyone else having problems with them?
I don't use them often, but when I do, I get all the way
to printing the label and the darn things just sits there.
I end up canceling my label and using stamps.
I hope if it's a continuing problem they get it fixed soon.

I'm not having any problems at all, and I did three batches of labels this morning. There *does* seem to be about a ten to twenty second delay in-between the click to pay and then again after hitting the print button in the pop-up printer box -- but I've never had nothing at all happen. I hope that whatever is causing the problem for you gets fixed soon.

I can't get any postage from them at all! It cancels its own self! There must be a new download or something but if there is, I sure can't find the durn thing.
Between paypal taking me literally 8-10 min per label, click n ship cancelling itself and endicia which I don't like, I'm having a terrible time with postage.

It looks like the problem could be I need to update my Adobe Acrobat reader.
I don't know if I want to do that.
Wasn't there a lot of people having problems with the updated version?

Last time I tried to use it when the eBay version wasn't working, I couldn't get the label via Acrobat to even show up. I then went to Shipping Assistant and had no problem getting a label printed ... go figure.

I know a lot of people use Click N Ship, so my experience must be unusual. But I have tried to use Click N Ship three times in the past year, and each time it failed with an error like "try again later." Once it failed this way, then charged my card three times! I was only able to get a refund for 2 of the charges, so I basically paid $9 for nutthin.
I use Endicia on a day-to-day basis. I know everyone hates PayPal, but their postage thingie has always worked well for me, in those cases where Endicia isn't going to work (different computer, international postage, whatever).

I was unaware there even WAS an update to Adobe Acrobat until one time when I went to use C-N-S. (I use it almost daily.) Updated then and there, and haven't had a problem.

I've had trouble with it too, so you aren't the only one. The last time I tried it for some reason my machine locked up and I had to reboot. That was Jan. 7 and I'm still waiting for my refund to be posted to my paypal account. I don't have much luck with click and ship. I always go through paypal now.
