HELP-problems using USPS "Postal Store"

Question
Maybe some of you have dealt with this and have answers. The last two times I've tried ordering shipping supplies--Priority stuff--through the USPS Postal Store, I've gotten nowhere...and I mean NOWHERE. I sign in, am told I've signed in successfully, then I'm continually bounced back to the sign-in page, over and over and over again, which means I can't sign in. If I go directly to the Priority supplies pages and try placing an order, nothing shows up in my shopping cart, which means my order isn't registering. I'm at a complete loss and can find no on-site explanation for this absurd mess.
If anybody has encountered this and figured out what the problem is and how to correct it, PLEASE let me know. I'm really getting desperate. The little country post offices around here don't carry the various sized boxes I need.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Answer
Call them to order. Much more efficient if I remember correctly.

Answer
This same thing happened to me about five years ago. I eventually gave up trying to resolve it and just re-registered using a different user name (but with all of my other information the same as before).
I believe that you can order supplies over the phone -- presumably using your existing user information -- with this number: 1-800-610-8734. Good luck. I remember how frustrating this was!

Answer
There was a thread about this on the ebay packing/shipping board a while back. Quite a few have been having trouble ordering. They've been having to call in their orders.

Answer
Somewhere along the line at the end of your ordering is an area you need to confirm your order. At that point you confirm your order, and recieve an email stating your order number. Failure to do that will result in not completing the order process. Happened yesterday, then I figured it out.

Answer
As Empires said, look for "confirm" check boxes.
If that doesn't work, then consider if your browser is IE and if you have "pop-up"s blocked on your computer. If you are using anything other than IE OR have any "pop-up blockers", there are going to be websites that just aren't compatible with your setup.
If that is the case, perhaps it IS easier to just call in your order.
I run Firefox and block pop-ups with several different programs. When I find websites that don't work "logically"... like I press a button to go to the next screen and it just sits there and claims "Done"... I wonder why they created the *&%&* page as a pop-up... and usually move on. Whenever I give in and open up IE, strange little creatures start trying to crawl onto my hard drive.
