Question
Tonight, I could not reprint one of my items because it kept insisting on me to put in the insurance amount; however, that section was grayed out. I couldn't even select none for no insurance.
See image below.
What I believe happened was that Endicia Insurance was marked for the previous label that I printed and when I printed the next label (this one), I just changed the insurance amount to $0.00. I've noticed before that if I have $0.00 in the insured amount, that there is no indication of insurance on the Postage Log (which is the way it should be and the way it was on this particular label that would not reprint).
P.S. Had to reprint my labels because I had my printer set for legal paper although the labels were on letter page size. The labels printed in the middle of two labels.
Answer
Hi Elizabeth,
I've had problems reprinting labels in Endicia too... can't quite remember what error I would get, but it was something similar to yours.
What I've done to resolve this is change my print manager settings to keep all printed documents. Then if I run into problems, I just open up the print manager, find the document I want to reprint and zippola... it's done.
Hope this helps!
Cheers

Were you using the Dazzle program to print the label originally, or were you using our XML interface?
