Question
I keep trying to change my address (for the return address)--and it just won't stick. Each time I reopen Dazzle, it reverts back to the original address. I have updated the information in my Endicia profile, as well as in the program.
Anyone have any idea why it keeps doing that?

I just tried it using the the menu Layout and edit Return Address settings, and with a label template open. When you exit, it should say, "your layout has changed, do you want to save the current layout?" If you say Yes, it should save the new return address. At least, it worked for me when I altered my address in the Layout settings, and selected Yes, to save the changes before exiting. When I re-opened the program, the altered address was still there.

You (I) have to use the file->open-> function rather than the drop down to get the layout with the address saved.
If that makes sense . . . .
