Shipping to Iran

Question
I got an email sent thru OCM regarding some books I have listed here on OCM. The person is asking if I will ship to Tehran University in Karaj Iran. He hasn't bid yet. I'm assuming he's wanting to know the shipping price, although he didn't ask. He just asked if I would ship there.
Is the U.S. allowed to ship books to Iran? I thought I read somewhere that books were not allowed to be shipped to Iran, but I could be wrong.

Answer
Thanks! I will email him and give him the bad news. No books to Iran.

Answer
Oops, I missed this part for books:
"of a seditious or immoral nature or contrary to religion or accepted customs".
So it looks like regular fiction novels would be ok.
