Gift ideas for a 21st
1. Gift Voucher - super lame and slack but always handy & easy
2. Nice journal diary thing - DJ and Myer stock them & good gift shops
3. Lil basket of goodies - ie chocolate, bath stuff, candy
4. Wine / alcohol
This is kinda hard, coz im thinking of generic stuff - but if you know her really well its a lot easier.

We haven't really been together that long but i met him on the day of his birthday and i never got around to giving him a birthday present and so i want to get him one but i really don't know what to get. Any ideas? Thanks so much!

Some of the best 21st pressies I got were vouchers for manicures, facials and massages... One friend even gave me a double voucher, so i could take along someone! But that probably wouldnt meet your $20 criteria unless you doubled up with some friends
I wouldnt suggest the whole bath and body range thing, like moisturiser and pretty soap... thats what girls get for every other birthday...

Might sound stupid, but those coloured Parkers are about $20 and are practical and don't look dodge.

I've been with my boyfriend for almost 9 months now and his 18th bday is a few days before valentines day. I have already got him an Oroton wallet for $85 as part of one of the gifts. As it is his 18th i was looking at getting him something really nice so he can remember that it was his 18th. You know something special and not an ordinary gift like you would give on any other birthday. In the past ive already given him:
*An engraved silver ring
*A black RL polo
*A wallet (its falling apart)
*Hugo Boss - "Soul" A/S
*A photo album full of memories and photos of us.
He doesnt really have too many hobbies, he rows for school and plays footy but doesnt rlly enjoy it, plus he is really really smart. I was thinking of spending about $250-$300 max on both gifts all up and ive already spent $85 on the wallet. Anyone got any suggestions? Perhaps something engraved .... but what? oh and no necklaces or bracelets.
