Question
Hi,
just had a quick Q that I was hoping someone could help me with. I tried to rename a few songs in my itunes the other day but when I clicked on the 'file info' feature it wouldn't let me make any changes.
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

the only time that happens with mine is when itunes 'link' to the song is wrong, eg, if you moved the file, youd have to 'load it back in'...though when that happens it doesnt play the song either.. does it play?

The songs actually do play but I just can't seem to make changes to some of them...might have to reload those ones. Such a pain!

hmmm, I'm a tad confused
did you want to change the filename of the song, or the song title, artist, album etc?
if it's the latter, could it be that you're trying to change it from your connected iPod instead of the main library?

When your songs are in the iTunes music library, if the track name and artist name doesnt look right, you can right click on the song and click on "get info". This will enable you to change the artist/album/song title
