Question
Ok so after reading the Myspace thread I jumped on the bandwagon and became totally obsessed with it - now that the Myspace obsession has died down, I've become hooked on Facebook!! I love it! I think it's so much better then Myspace and Hi5 and all those other 10 million sites that exist . . . At first I wasn't too keen but my friend made my profile for me . . . I was told "it's at a 'university' level and doesn't have any bogans or teeny boppers" I guess what she meant was that it's a bit more "mature" then the other sites . . . Ok it's hard to explain! But i'm totally hooked on it now and it's really not helping with all this uni work that I have to get done!!

how is myspace better!! please enlighten me cos i tried to do the whole myspace thing...but its so slow to load up especially when people put loads and loads of slideshows on it. the song that plays automatically on other people's page is irritating, not to mention the amount of SPAM!! i find the general layout really unorganised at all over the place, and its often made worse when people badly customise their page.
the layout of facebook is so much more organised, and there is actually a section to put up your photos, as oppose to putting hundreds up on one single page...

I like Facebook for all the reason the above member posted. I also like the fact that it's an exclusive network so there's no friend invites from 13-year-olds or 40-something-year-old men.

I have both - but most of my friends use Facebook. I have a lot of randoms on my Myspace list and I agree with what the other girls have said about it taking ages to load up etc etc.

I'm on facebook as well. I havent joined myspace but I am tempted it looks so fun setting up your page. It also seems like a lot more people are on myspace?

i have facebook but don't use it at all! i don't really know how to use it and all my friends are on myspace anyway which i much prefer despite spam comments, etc. i have no problems with waiting for people's pages to load but my internets pretty fast.
anyway, to each their own
