Mr Narendra; Health insurance in Massachusetts

Question
I read on the net (mass.gov) about new health insurance law in MA state.
Does it offer full and proper health insurance (covering pre-existing conditions) to senior citizens who have immigrated recently to US(MA state)?
Blue cross blue shield MA have a toll free no. 1-800-678-2265 for senior
insurance. I am out of US so I cannot call that no. Mr Narendra, would you
please be kind enough to call that no. and let everyone know.
Will really appreciate. Thanks.

Answer
Someone asked me about this earlier and pointed me to the article in Washington Post. All it says that everyone in MA must have health insurance. That does not mean the state of MA will provide insurance to everyone.
I tried to call various places including Blue Cross MA, Dept. of Insurance etc. but I have not been able to get any definite answer for non-US citizens. When you call there, they don't understand new immigrants, H1, L1, F1, B1 etc. They think people are either US citizens or tourists.
If anyone else has been able to get any better, please feel free to post here.

Answer
Thanks Mr Narendra for your reply.
I found this massachusetts govt. website
http://www.mass.gov/dph/fch/healthline.htm
and this no. for all info.1-800-531-2229.
Can you please try this and find out if they now have comprehensive health insurance for recent immigrants over 65 ?
thanks
